Welcome to your new Registration! When filling out this Registration, please make sure that you have completed the following items before registering 

1. Register for CHRVA (directions on tryout page)
2. Copy your athlete(s) CHRVA membership ID (You will need to add it to this registration)
3. Make sure you check age definition (on tryout page) to determine your child's tryout age 
4. Have a file for your athlete(s) head shot ready to submit on this registration.
